NEW COUCHES BEING REPAIRED

Good day

In Jan 2013 i purchased "brand new couches" from Bears in Florida

April 2013 - 1st complaint as the couches sag when you sit, the thread would stretch and the couches looked OLD and used.

July 2013 - 2 MONTHS LATER the couches where collected and repalce with "new couches"

Oct 2013 - 2nd batch of couches faulty - the warehouse collected the couch 19/10/2013 after i told them NOT to collect as I would not be home and I cant understand why BRAND NEW couches need to be repaired.

I asked for a totally different make of couches and was told I would get a response - to date, NO FEEDBACK.

I called the Florida branch directly since Monday 21/10/2013 and spoke to the "manager" Nelly who suppose to call me back but didnt.

Requesting QUALITY, NEW couches and no replacements - not from the same warehouse

Couches suppose to last years, not 3 months!
