STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY

On the 25 June 2013 I went to Bradlows Midrand looking for couches upon arrival I was assisted by the lady called Jacqui. She showed me the leather couches i was interested in and we discussed the payment options for which it was going to be 2 payment options. The same day I paid half on the money and for the next coming weeks i was harrased to make the final payment which i did on the 25 July. I advised the lady that the next day i will come and collect the goods to my surprise i was told to wait for the call as they dont have anything stock in the stores. Its been two weeks still waiting nobody has bothered to call me with feedback. I called this morning screaming and only then i was told if i want my couches i need to go and collect them @ Jet Park at my own expense. This is redicious and unacceptable i did not purchase my couches @ Jet Park. I want my couches @ my house no later than Saturday 10/08 .
