We bought couches for the value of 8000 in the month of around okt. 2012 then in march complained to bears that the couches material were thorn apart this happen in the early days of cash purchase they told us the 1ste time the Will collect the couches that never happen so after 2 months we delivered 1 because there were no space and told them to collect the others that never happen we waited another 4months to get feedback so we went back and they told us we can take couches of same value but we could not because the were more expensive so we told them we want a laptop so we waited another 2 months with out bears calling us to let us know what's happening we went in bears a couple of times to find out they are waiting for shock and permission so that we can take the laptop so we receive the laptop value 5000rand and told the manager we want 3000 because we don't want something else and after 4months we are stil waiting I just want to say this was bought cash so what's the issue to wait this long for bears to give us service of things we bought a year and half ago please take this up with the branch manager of delmas. This is the worst ever service it smells the will never se us.
