12 days later, no bed!!!

On Friday 15/02/2013 I went to Bears Newlands and purchased a bed (cash). I was informed that thery dont have the bed in stock but would receive stock in the week. I followed up every day last week and all i got was "we will get back to you". If I didnt call them they didnt bother to call me. Last week Friday I spoke to Tina (very nice lady and very helpful). I informed her that I will come and collect my money and she can cancel the order. On Satrurday 23/02/2013 I went to the store to collect my refund. They didnt have it even though I informed them that I will be coming in on Saturday to collect it. The manager then said please give me until Monday. On Monday I got a call from Tina who said that my bed will be delivered on Tuesday 26/02 if I am willing to wait for it. I accepted. Tuesday came and Tuesday went. NO BED!!! called the manager this morning who said she will check because I was no longer on the delivery list. Waiting for feedback. This is unacceptable and shameful. Had I gone to another store I would have had my bed the next day. Or is it because you could not milk an extra R2000 out of me in interest as I did not buy on Credit that my delivery does not matter?
