We bought a set of leather couches 5 and a half months back. When the couches arrived at our home the 3 seat couches was already flabby but we thought it was ok must be like that. After 4months the couches was all flat and if you sit it did not look good we phone to place a complain then after a while they did exchange our couches for as not looking at the old ones to see whats wrong or nothing. The second set arrived at our place the couches was flabby the one was sque. so we phone and wanted our money back not new couches cause we paid R16000 cash for them and expected it will be good couches. After struggeling and making lots of calls they came to fetch the couches on 14 November 2013 stating that in 48 hours to 72hrs we will have our money in our bank that leaving us with out couches for a weekend. on 19 November we had to go in and find out whats happening cause no money and no phone calls from bears. So the branch manager said they will only pay our money in by Friday 22 November. He did not give in the papers the day they collected the couches he only gave in the papers the Monday and they already collected our couches the Thursday. There is no service
