Too hot to shop

I went shopping at East Rand Mall the other day and the heat and no flow of air made it unbearable to shop in a pleasant way. When I got to the till and asked why is it so hot and no air is working, the reply was it is always broken. That no one has passed out because of the heat and especially no flow of air. Really wasn't a nice shopping experience compared to all the other shops inside the East Rand Mall.
