As my daughter (18 years old) took a pair of jeans off a shelf, that shelf fell off its brackets on the wall. It was a heavy wooden shelf. Luckily my daughter was able to turn partially away from the falling shelf, and it only grazed her hip and achillies tendon. The Security lady on duty there was very concerned for her, however, she was the only one. We were in the store for another 20 min or so, and not once did the manager come to apologise or check whether she had been hurt in any way.
I think that is absolutely disgraceful!
