Pick n Pay Security arroggant and rude

Good Day

On the 02/11/2013, my family an I were at Pick n Pay, East Rand Mall. We did our shopping and left at the Express tills. It was late and they started closing the doors to Pick n Pay. We left and proceeded to the passageway which leads to the mall entrance were my car was parked. There we found a security guard standing with trolleys literally chasing people away. I told him we just did our shopping and need to go through the passageway to get to the entrance were my car was. He was extremely rude and arrogant and told us and others that we must go and use the other mall entrance and walk right around to our cars. He treated a poor old lady with a knee problem so badly, she couldn't walk and he shrugged her off and told her to walk around. Is this the type of shopping experience that Pick n Pay wants its shoppers to remember?
- This passageway in the mall which also leads to other shops. Pick n Pay should close the entrance to their shop and not the whole passageway.
- I had just done my shopping and come out the express till side, so why would i want to go back in?
- How can you allow your customers to be treated in such a degrading manner?
