Hi there

I had the most unpleasant shopping experience at Mr Price Lakeside last night Wednesday 3rd July.

I went there at 5.15pm thinking I could quickly buy a birthday present for a friend. The queue was half way into the store. They had 4 people working on the tills, which is clearly not enough for the? 30 people in the queue. It took me 45 minutes to get to pay for a T-shirt. When I left, the door was already closed. The aircons are on at at least 30 Degrees, which makes it unbearable with the heat. There are clothes and hangers lying everywhere, you virtually trip over them wherever you walk. When you take a item off the rack, all the other clothes fall down. The staff are extremely unfriendly, you ask them questions and they barely answer, just point you in the direction of your request. All of the above makes for an absolute Shopping Nightmare!!!

I am a very loyal Mr Price shopper, and in fact would rather use the website any day, as shopping in your Lakeside Mall store is a unbearable. East Rand Mall is a much nicer store, it is spacious, and a totally different shopping experience.

I would kindly request, Lakeside Mall Management, take a walk down to Mr Price
