No regards for customers and plain rude

Can u please teach ur staff at Truworths East Rand Mall customer service, while I was doing. my shopping da shop was being closed and I had a few items I needed to fit b4. I could purchase was rudely told dat da fitting room was closed. I asked her how da wud I know dat da clothing fit she replied if they don't I cud just return da clothes. Wud truworths. have reimbursed me for petrol???
