Worse inferior service

Friday, 25 Oct at 11:58, I received a call from Sipho from Cell C (084 140) informing me that my Nokia Modem is ready for collection at East Rand Mall.

Sunday, 27 Oct at 12:58, I went to Cell C shop East Rand Mall to collect my Nokia Modem. I have to endure the pain of waiting (From 12:58 to 13:36) while shop assistance looking for the Modem. She came back later from storeroom to tell me She cant find it. The Manager - Queen told me that the Modem is still to be delivered to Cell C shop in East Rand Mall.

Since this is not the first complaint, see my posting Sun 13 Oct Sunday 23:43. I'm really totally and utterly disgusted with your pathethetic service. I have no choice but to cancel my service with Cell C and advise family members (word of mouth) and friends who care if possible to do the same. I had enough of incompetent and useless staff.

Please, no need to be responding to this complain and apologize since your apology just and it has no meaning at all and it wont change my experience with Cell C staff, thanks for nothing
