On the 18th of May 2013 an unknown person purchased goods on my Edgars account at Edgars East Rand Mall in Boksburg and at CNA Lakeside Mall in Benoni. I only realised it on the 27th of May 2013 when I paid my account. On the 27th of May 2013 I logged a discrepancy with Edgars East Rand Mall. The consultant helping me assured me, that it will only take 2 weeks for investigations. It is now 3 weeks later and I have received no feed back what so ever. I would appreciate some feedback.
