Pick 'n Pay
Ad customer service... bad attitude pnp!

Around 9:30 am today went to buy some groceries in pick n pay hyper, they have about 20 pay points but only four were operating and of those four there"s one cashier that gave me really bad service, she was sitting there
chatting to a colleague and we stood there for a while and when she turned back she sent us off to another pay point in a very rude manor! this is unacceptable the other three pay points had very long Queues, if this is how these guys operate, why keep going there? i think checkers is way better... your service... very disappointed
