Pathetic slow service at till points

I have visited the Pick 'n Pay in Northgate Shopping Centre on a few occasions and each and every occasion, the service and long queues which we as customers have to endure at this branch is pathetic. The queues are long and slow and the cashier at the till points are more often than not just plain rude and slow in processing the customers items. I fail to understand that this Pick 'n Pay branch manager cannot see his customers daily frustrations at this branch. Despite there being more than 20 or 30 till points, the queues stretch down the isles. There are always a few abandoned trolleys blocking the shopping isles cause people just loose patience waiting. It takes at least 30 minutes standing in a queue before you reach the checkout point to pay. I have now absolutely reached breaking point and will not return to this branch (despite it being the most convenient in relation to where I stay). Come on PnP, catch a wake up and find a better way to help your customers make their shopping more enjoyable.
