TERRIBLY LONG QUE

After shopping at month end at Pick 'n Pay we were incredibly disappointed that the till points were not appropriately staffed during these PEAK times of the day and month. We must have waited 20-30minutes to reach the till point. Not to mention the traffic jams caused in the store with long queues of trolleys.
Surely the management team could plan this a bit better considering the size of this store!!!
