R7000.00 worth of points can not be allocated

I have a 14-bedroom guest house in Thabazimbi and buy ALL my groceries at Pick 'n Pay. This is between R20 - R40 000 per month!
When they started the Smart Shopper Card, I got one immediately.
Pick 'n Pay got a new system and they needed to change my Smart Shopper Card.
On 16 Oct 2013 Catherin Barnard from Pick 'n Pay Frontline faxed my application with the copies of my two cards to the Smart Shopper Customer Care Centre to swop my points from the old card to the new card.
On 25 Nov2013, the points still didn't reflect on my new card. Catherin contacted Ruwaydha Mohamed numerous times to sort the problem out. Ruwaydha told her every time she will contact me, which she NEVER did!
On 26 Nov 2013 Ruwaydha eventually phoned me to tell me the points were swopped but I only have just over R1100 worth of points!
I asked her where is the rest and she was VERY rude to say to me if I don't keep record of my points what I spent how must she know where it is!
I told her I used my points only once (R7000 remained) and I want a statement to show me where I used the points and where. I still await their feedback! I AM NOT GOING TO SUPPORT PICK 'N PAY EVER AGAIN, not until they help me
