I want to lay a complaint about Pick & Pay Hyper in Princess Crossing. I was there today and while I was standing in the queue (the last person), the Cashier at the pay point asked the Client in front of me to put the "Closed For Now" sign on his trolley. After I've seen that, I have moved to another pay point & my main reason for my complaint is, that there were only 3 pay points open, on month end. How does that work? The poor Cashier sitting at the "10 Items or Less" pay point needed to assist 6 Clients with trolleys, just because of the fact that there were 3 pay points open. Apparently, the other 2 pay point Cashiers went for a tea break. She asked me to please complain about this at her manager, and once the manager came around, nothing actually happened. Every time I go to Pick & Pay Hyper at Princess Crossing, I am upset. There are about 30 or more pay points and it is the same problem, time and time again. If I look at President Hyper for instance, there wasn't a time where I wasn't helped once I get to a pay point. Because they make sure that the amount of pay points that are open, can assist the amount of Clients. Get a life Pick & Pay!!!
