STILL not received my 40 000 smart hopper points!

I was at steeledale pick n pay and went into the hyper mania booth 4 times and won 4 vouchers totalling 40000 points. I was told it takes 4 to 6 weeks to allocate points. To date I have not received it and no one knows why not!! It's now been 12 weeks plus!!! How long will it still take? Will I even get my points? It's is the second time I don't get my points in supposed to. The previous time I had to fight for the 25000 points.
