I ordered two comforter called Zimkita and Mellisa. Zimkita was sent as i wanted it as a comforter and the recently delivered on the 06/11/2013 the delayed Mellisa due to the shortage of stock according to the letter I received and they choose an alternative for me which is duvet without taking to me about it. I called on the 07/11/2013 and spoke to Shorn who told me that if i am not happy i should sent it back via post. On the 09/11/2013 i went to the post off to which they told me that they can only send it back if I cover the box, that the need the invoice to which i ddint get in that box i only go the letter of apology and the they also told me that they want money to insure that duvet. I called them today the 12/11/2013 and spoke to Phindile (consultant) to tell the that i dont have money to send the duvet back and I am only given 14 days according to the letter and and that they are the oes who choose the duvet without my concern and now i have to pay for the cost. I then insisted on speaking to the team leader Khaya who told that they is nothing they can do i must sent it back and they dont care how i get the money to send and insure that duvet. I am very unhappy with the servise.
