Outstanding customer service

I am current renovating my bathrooms, i have been to so many stores to find tiles. It has been a nightmare making up our mind on colours and so on. I have been to Ctm about 3 times apart from all the other tile shops in the area. I walk into Ctm on Sunday the 13.10.2013 and was approached by a friendly gentlemen who greeted with poffesionalism. We explained to him our needs and requested his advise. The store was busy but Malcolm being so pro-active assisted us for over an hour and in that time he help about 5 other clients in between who seemed to be also so pleased with his service.l left the store not just buying the perfect tiles that Malcolm suggested but he also showed some great deals on other sanitary wear which he advised will go perfect with the tiles. I did not mind spending the extra cash as now my wife and i so satisfied with our purchase. I wish that there can be more Malcolms in the industry that make consumers lives easy with desicions> People that work on Sunday are usualy grumpy but Malcolm shows passion for his job> a big welldone to him for the best service ever in the industry. I will recommend him and Ctm Boksburg to anyone looking for tiles etc and good servic
