Very dissapointed in HOMECHOICE lack of deliveries

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SLEEPER COUCH ON 4 NOVEMBER. THE CSD AGENT INFORMED ME THERE IS STOCK AND I WILL RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS. I WAITED PATIENTLY, ALTHOUGH THINKING THIS IS A LONG TIME? BY THE 14TH I PHONED BACK AND WAS INFORMED THERE WAS ACTUALY NO STOCK BUT STOK JUST ARRIVED AND MY ORDER IS AT THE WAREHOUSE, BEING DESPATCHED TO BE DELIVERED THE 15TH. WE WAITED. NOTHING. I PHONED THE NEXT WEEK, TO BE INFORMED THERE WAS NO STOCK (?) AND STOCK JUST ARRIVED, IT IS BEING DESPATCHED. AGAIN, BELIEVING THIS TIME IT IS TRUE. NO. I PHONED AGAIN 25TH AND WAS I INFORMED APOLOGIES, STOCK JUST ARRIVED, IT IS BEING DESPATCHED, DELIVERY 29TH. WHEN I PHONED TODAY 28TH TO MAKE SURE IT IS ALL ON TRACK, THE AGENT SAID THE SYSTEM SHOWED HE STOCK JUST ARRIVED (??) AND WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT WEEK. REALLY??!! THIS IS THE WORST "SERVICE" I HAVE EVER SEEN. ALMOST A MONTH LATER, NO SLEEPER COUCH, NO APOLOGY, NO ONE REALLY EVEN KNOWS? VERY DISSAPPOINTING.
