I order my Samsung Galaxy tab on the 2nd of Apr 13, I received a call on the 3rd of Apr confirming my deliver address. I was informed that delivery would be within 3-5 working days. Nobody phoned me to inform me that they do not have stock, I phoned them only to be informed that stock would arrive on the 12th of Apr. I phoned them again and the once again informed me that they haven't received stock yet. A lady phoned me yesterday and told me that the shipment was confirmed for today, I phoned them again this morning only to be informed that the stock was not received yet. They transfered me to Nthabiseng and she said that she would contact me shortly she just need to check my order. I left 3 messages already and she did not keep her promise in phoning me back. I am so frustrated that I consider cancelling my order with FNB!! Why can't they just pick up a phone and notify me when they experience stock problems. This is not FNB 's fault though I think they should reconsider and get another company to handle their order.
