Disgusted with cashiers attitude

I can't believe the kind of staff people are hiring now a days, if this is the people being employed then I would rather not shop there at all. Today I returned my nieces clothes for a bigger size the cashier I ended up with named lucille engelbrecht was so rude and moody, the tone of voice she used as if she was doing me a favour, through the slip at me to sign n left the till to do her own thing, overcharged me for the new top and told me I can take the top now, the nerve I had to pack my own bag, the people u employ are what chases customers away from your shop, totally disgusted with her attitude and service.
