Bad Attitude

I walked into Sportscene to pay my account yesterday a lady by the name of Sylviawas standing at the cashier desk, another guy who works there as well was standing on the other side of her. I walked up to the cashier and greeted, she ignored me and continued with what she was doing. the guy looked at me so I asked who can help me because it was clear that the Cashier wasnt interested, he nodded in her direction. So I greeted again and she ignored me again. She was rude and arrogant when I asked if is she could help me because I wanted to make a payment on my account. She had a bad attitude from the time I entered the shop.

I can understand people working in retail probably have bad days and difficult customers but it was 9.30am in the morning, the day has just begun and secondly these people act as if they doing you a favour by doing what they getting paid to do... which is WORK!

This behaviour seems to be the norm these days.

People working in these stores are arrogant and lack basic manners.

Management should really consider how they go about hiring people who are not suited to dealing with customers.

I will just take my business elsewhere in future!
