WET PAINT WITH NO SIGNS - NO APLOGY

My fianc? got wet paint on her due to Game Menlyn painting without any signs. The whole pillar was wet with paint and there were no boards or signs that indicated the paint is wet. This happened in front of the sales rep, he was also amazed.

The manager DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE! He just said "It is PVA and it will come off". He didn't even offer to help us, we had to ask for a cloth or something. We had to cut our shopping short for the whole day because of this.
