On Sat 18 Jan 2014 I went to CNA Trade Route Mall there was a long que to the end of the store I asked the cashiers why are there only two till operating I very rudely told that the other till is broken.
After completing my sales the cashiers handed me my till slip and walked away not knowing which silp to sign I signed the top slip and walked out, comming runnug after me the cashiers againg very rude said i signed the wrong slip.
I then went back into the store and told the manageress that she should teach her staff some manners she said she was busy, to me she was doing nothing.
This is a classical example of how we were treated by the previous government now again.
Totally and utterly disgusted at the service of your store which only gets busy during Dec/jan and the incompetance of your staff disapointed.
