DELIVERY TAKES OVER 3 HOURS!

I called my nearest Nando's, in this case Braamfontein, as I work less than a kilometre from the branch. Upon placing my order at 12h00, I was advised that my order may take up to an hour to deliver. This I understood as it was payday and lunch time. At 14h00 i tried calling the branch to follow up on my order. NO ANSWER, as the line stayed engaged. It is now 15h00 and no feedback, or follow up as to whether I received or even still want my order. I am unable to call the branch to cancel my order as the phone is STILL engaged. Bearing in mind it is no longer lunch time. It appears I am not the first person in my building to experience such poor service. Either this branch should not offer a delivery service or some serious action needs to be taken regarding their delivery process!
