CNA ONLINE SHOP IS A JOKE

On the 14 of June I placed an order at CNA Online Store (note: my basket contained no pre-orders) and I got a confirmation email that my order has been received (ref:2009606) and it should be on its way within 2-10 working days maximum. Till to date my fabulous items have not been delivered to my doorstep.

The last time I bought at CNA online store, I experienced the same problem and they promised it will not happen again, as it is unprofessional. Only after I reported the poor service on hello peter my previous orderd items were then delivered within 3 days. I have waisted airtime calling their call centre and emailing regarding my query and all I got was excuses.

Tapelo and Noxolo have failed me amongst others, all I want to know is why am I being billed for items that have not been dispatched from your warehouse or delivered for that matter. No one from your call centre followed up to tell me if there will be any delays. Are my items ever going to be delivered? If so, how long should I wait again!!! If not, can you please credit back my account asap as I have not received these items and I am considering Hi-Fi Corp going forward.
