On x Mar 2013 I placed an order for a new cell phone contract with Cell C Direct.
- Spoke to Mahir Patel. When the order was taken, there were incorrect details. I phoned the next day to correct. -- The gentleman who took the call, Xolani Ndakani (without informing me) placed an additional order instead of updating the previous one. He told me I would shortly receive an email confirming the order and a track number. - By Tue morning I had not received mail. I called in again and was directed to a very helpful lady, Matshediso. She informed me that none of the orders placed were correct as there were unresolved issues around banking details. To my surprise, none of the previous agents picked up this error. Matshediso resolved the issue and placed a further order. For the first time, I received a confirmation mail and the tracking number.
- On Thur morning, I received a call from the first agent - Mahir informing me that there were 3 orders and two would be cancelled. However, I would receive my new phone under express delivery for friday 15 Mar.
- Fri morning I called in again & was advised order is yet to be validated and won't be delivered.
