The Sales staff at Hi-Fi Corporation when out of their way to assist me in tracing a proof of purchase for a TV that was bought a year ago. This TV had to be sent for repair and the original proof of purchase has been lost by me. The transaction was traced and a duplicate invoice was printed.
Its staff members like this that will ensure a customer will come back to buy item from this branch.
