Branch Manager too busy with staff matters

Bought an Asus Fonepad. It started to give Operating System fault messages.

Took unit back to branch with proof of purchase and problem description in writing, which seems to be endemic with Android devices. Technical person at first tried to weasel out, based on a 10 day return policy. When 1 year guarantee was pointed out he said he will refer the matter to the Branch Manager. Branch Manager unable to entertain the matter as he is busy with staff matters. Client apparently of secondary importance.

Technical person then logged the problem incorrectly. When asked where the note and proof of purchase was he was given he could not find it. It was lost in a space of 10 minutes.

Logged problem, as per job number JC00640002559, is incorrect..

Trying to look at a replacement unit, an IPad Mini, I had to ask a sales person to step aside from the display unit so as to get access to it. He just continued with his animated discourse with another staff member, a lady. I had to call another European staff member to assist.
