Hi-Fi Corruption - Switched OFF!!

I found the item I was looking to purchase of the Hi-Fi Corporation website. I then went to the Clearwater Mall branch to purchase this item (item in excess of R5000.00). Not only was no one willing to help me but after approaching 2 different salespeople to assist me both informed me that they were unable to assist and it was not their department and then walked away. I find this lack of service completely unacceptable and downright rude. I will never again set foot into another Hi-Fi Corruption store again. I will also be telling everyone I know to also not shop at a store who do not value their customers.
