I did not expect dishonesty from Hi Fi Corp?

Laptop is still in one year warranty, charger cable does not work. Purchase slip does not state that this is excluded but store insisting that it is excluded form the warranty. Showed the staff our slip, they showed another slip to show the exclusions that was NOT on our slip. staff said she is getting proof, waited 20 min and then asked for a manager. Anthony Black did n reprint on their system of our original slip which also showed that there was no exclusions on. When I pointed this out, he insists that I give him the re print back because it belongs to the store. So he is trying to be dishonest in hiding the fact that there was no such exclusions on the warranty with THIS purchase. I showed him all the terms and conditions that I printed from the website which does not state any exclusions in the first year warranty. They need to replace the cable or I am going to the NCC
