No stock for two months, no attempt made to orde

Game had a special on Addis 45L and 68L plastic containers in August. They had containers but not enough lids so I placed an order and paid for 5 of each. I returned twice in the meantime as I received no phone call from Game but they still did not have stock. I returned this afternoon for the third time. The two gentlemen in charge of that aisle were very unhelpful and rude but a lady from a nearby aisle helped me to find out that there was still no stock. I got a refund.

I am very dissatisfied with this experience as I need the containers and have delayed solving the problem that I needed them for for two months now. I still need containers but I'll probably get them from Pick 'n Pay Hyper or Dion in Bedworth Park next weekend.
