No communication among them selves 2nd complaint

This my report from my previous complaint. Furniture city call centre agent Kerusha Moodley responded to my complaint and told me there is nothing they can do for me, they can only fix the the laptop and i have to pay for the repairs. I told her ok let them fix the laptop and i will pay, cause i want them to see that the problem on the laptop is a factory fault. Guess what i was called by Furniture city sales consultant Owen to come get my laptop, and its not fixed. His excuse is that when i bought the laptop there was no delivery cost .this useless sales person could not tell the call centre consultant about this, and they couldn'nt e-mail me with this. If any body want's to buy anything from furniture city do yourself a favour and dont buy from woodmead, rather wait for whatever item you require at other furniture city shops. Woodmead furniture city does not know how to treat their customers including their store manager.
