I welcome this opportunity to tell you my experience with edgars Randburg... I went into edgars randburg at the cellphone counter and the service is horrendous, Not only do they promise to give you a call back when you take in your phone for repairs they never deliver on their word, twice I have had to come in myself and keep checking if the cellphone has arrived from repairs, But I have to be the one that sits on the phone and waste my airtime calling the call center which takes hours to answer the phone and confirm if the cellphone has been delivered, on the 8th of September 2013 at around 14:10pm I went in again to confirm if my phone was ready after 3 weeks of waiting with no feedback only to get told that I did not pay my previous claim of the amount of R240.00 which I specifically paid and have proof that the transactions was successfully, Not only have I received no joy with the service I have also been crocked, I am super angry as I pay insurance on time each month and I have to claim I get told stories, I have been without a phone for 3 weeks and that is absolutely unacceptable.
