Mr Price changing prices while we are purchasing

This afternoon has been very upsetting. I have spent time I will never get back shopping online at the Mr price online shop. They decided to crash their site while I was trying to check out. Upon the site being fixed the prices have since been increased on items in my basket. This is like walking around a shop with items marked a certain amount and arriving at the till to find prices increased. It is totally unacceptable. False advertising at it's worst. I have lost faith in this shop. Totally unacceptable. and all they can say on that chat of theirs is "sorry, our prices were wrong, there was no sale ". Whose fault is that? How do you increase prices while people are shopping. Who does that?
