Excellent after sales service

We bought a number of appliances from Roshnee and right from the beginning she was patient and caring and pleasant.
One of our appliances, a Whirlpool oven, had 2 element knobs instead of one temperature knob and the element knob.
I called Roshnee on 9Oct and from then on until Whirlpool replaced the oven yesterday, 29Oct, she kept in touch with us, giving us updates all the time and re-assuring us that she would sort the problem out.
True to her word, the problem has been resolved.
Roshnee, you are a wonderful person. Because of your attitude and care for you customers, we will only deal with you.
I have told everyone about your wonderful service and will definitely be back to buy our appliances for our cottage we are upgrading. I will not even bother to shop around.
Your after sales service is the best!
