BAD ASSISTANCE FROM FURNITURE CITY AND DEFY

Sales person from Furniture City sold me a Defy washing machine. I was told one story from the sales person and when I informed Furniture City about my problem the sales person changed his story. And Defy contacted me and informed me while I heard the conversation that she had with the Sales Person from Furniture City that they weren't going to assist me. The Manager of Furniture City STRUBENSVALLY contact me with a very BAD ATTITUDE and informed me that it is my problem and they can't assist me without charging me. I will NEVER buy from any Furniture City again and I will never purchase any DEFY PRODUCTS again.
