Housekeeping during the day

I went past Legit and saw a beautiful dress in the window. I then decided to go inside to have a better look.
I found it very difficult, because this staff member was busy mopping the floor. I tried to stay calm, and told her in a very polite manner that: "This is not the time." She was mopping all around my feet which prevented me to look at the clothing. She gave me a you" look and turned her back on me.

I never felt so unwelcome and out of place in my life. I told the cashiers that I will take this to Head Office did not buy the dress and left. I have got family in retail and as far as I know housekeeping is supposed to be after shopping hours.

I promise you I will never set foot in any of these shops again, nor me nor my family.
