2 & 1/2 weeks & still need feedback on an exchage

I have lost my patience with Furniture City Woodmead. First had to wait for days for Owen & Sam to return my calls on when our furniture was to be delivered. Finally, the evening of 31 Dec 12 we received the delivery but we were unhappy about the mattress. As furniture was delivered after hours, there was no one to phone to sort out our problem and the following day was a public holiday.

On 5 Jan 13, we went to the store to find out about their exchange policy. We met with Owen who passed the buck to the ladies in Finance & they couldn't do anything without management approval. On that day, Shirley had gone out & no one could find her, so we left without any help.

I phoned the following day to query & again no one could help as had to speak to Shirley. I left many messages for her since the 6th of Jan & she never returned my calls. Finally got hold of her on 10 Jan & I explained to her that we are unhappy about the mattress & we have bought a mattress protector as per dial a bed terms; when can they collect it? Shirley promised to inspect the mattress on 11 Jan so we can exchange it & I am still waiting.

I don't want my account debited for something I am unhappy about.
