Ok Furniture/Power Express
Faulty laptop that has had a problem since day 3

Shops, Products, Services

I bought an Acer laptop from OK Furniture in Brigde City early this year, the laptop would not charge from the first time i tried to charge it - that was on the 3rd day after purchase. I phoned the sales lady (Senzi) who let me speak to her manager Asha, they advised me to bring it back to the store. when they tested it, it surprisingly charged and i took it back. a month later it started charging intermittently until it completely stopped charging.

I booked it in for repairs at Mecer and it came back a month later. after a month it started doing the same thing all over again and eventually stopped working. I took it back to the store and i was really frustrated and requested to speak to the regional manager of OK - Rodney Kemp who seemed to understand and willing to help. He has gone and did the same thing. they say the laptop has been fixed and they replaced the mother board which they did on the first repair. I told him that I need a reliable laptop because its for working and my school work. All I need is a working laptop or my money back so that i can buy a working laptop.

Rodney Kemp has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue but told me there is nothing he can do
