Damaged goods

I bought shoes and after 2 days they were damaged, so i went to exchange them at liberty mall but they reffered me to goldfields mall as they are closing. The lady at the till called Milly, was very rude to me and started laughing at me saying they don't have such cheap shoes at her store and asked me why did I buy it in the 1st place. i asked her to just help me if she can, that's when she started calling me haardewees n haard kopper. she humiliated me and made fun of me in front of my colleague and im still sad from her behaviour. I told her im going to call head office and she said i can call she also has a phone. please help me im very disappointed from this ladys behaviour.
