Bad Bad Bad Service

On Sunday I was in your Potchefstroom Store, the roast chicken was going to take another hour before it would be ready, I then requested from Norma to keep one out for me I will come and get it, she then said its fine she will keep it, on my return when I got to there the Chicken was sold out, after requesting to speak to the Manager I was told that he is not there today but I can speak to Thinus who had a no care attitude (I must add) he then said that you cannot keep items, I understand that but then do not tell me you will keep it and then you don't, and then also don't give me an attitude when I want to complain, this is not the first time I have problems with Woolworths, the previous time I said I will not buy form you again and for 8 months I did not, I am saying it again, Woolworths will not see me again.
