Rude Mange

I bought a pair shoes on the 7/10/13 at Jet with my account. On the 10/10/2013 Morning when I was in Mega city Mall -Mafikeng the shoes started tearing, as I was wearing them. I went to Jet and ask If I can return the shoes, they said they can't help me without a receipt, its obvious the receipt was at home and little did I know that the shoes will tear within the week. The Cashier referred me to the Manger and when the manger came he started yelling at me as if I m the employee of Jet and he was a customer. The lady who was helping was polite but the store manger was very rude, he didn't even ask me what the problem was, but he just started yelling. I even asked him to low his voice because he was embarrassing me in front of other customers, but he continued yelling and I told him it was useless to have a conversation with is immature person and I will have to report the matter upwards. I left the store with torn shoes and being humiliated.
