Terrible service from delivery department

On Saturday I bought a stove from Metro Lifestyle. I requested the item to be delivered on Monday and paid for delivery with my purchase. I asked specifically, and checked that this was on the delivery notice, that I be phoned 30 minutes before delivery so I can leave the office and go home to receive the delivery. 12:00 I had not hear anything and phoned to just get an indication of delivery time. I was told they would phone me right back. I am still waiting for that call. I called them again and was referred to the delivery department who also said they would phone me. Still no call. I phone sales again, and this time the sales person actually phones back, saying that the van has left. It is now 2 hours later and they phone me to say the truck is no on it's way. It had to go back for some reason. How can one company have so little regard for it's customers? Furious! And someone at the end of the phone line just saying sorry is not enough. This is unacceptable. I hope I never have to purchase from this store again.
