I made a cash purchase at the Secunda branch on 11Nov, I specifically ask for delivery on 15 Nov, they phone me on the 14th, stating their are on they way, we told them no we're not home, we've asked specifically (confirmed it with sales person nkonabana) for it to be delivered on the 15th. Late on the 15th We phoned the store to enquire as to what time can we expect the delivery, we were ask for our phone numbers and they said they will call us back, after an hour without any return call, we phoned them again, and we were ask for our phone numbers once again and promised that they would get back to us, the day pass without any return call. On the 16th, I phoned them again, only to be treated with contempt and incompetence, being transffered to the wrong person then finally to Hendry the manager, to whom I've spoken to earlier, earlier he said he will come back to me, he never did, when I phoned him again, and I complained about the service he dropped the phone. This is not acceptable service.
