Heading for a month now of promises and by among others YOU Kerry on the refund on the faulty item YOU sold me, added on now another broken promise and by yours by 3 members of your contact center of a product out for delivery only to find out it was still in Cape Town with you, now another refund required which you cannot do, how difficult can it really be, do any of you actually give a flying rats b@ckside about your customers? Same response every day and every time, there was a technical issues on the refund and we will get it fixed ASAP. You are now taking the cowardly route of not talking to me but just replying on my numerous complaints on the various forums that I use and will continue to use. I am heavily involved in IT and NO issue can take that long to fix, something else is going on here, I believe you are skimming the interest off all the money you owe. I will now endeavor to get a way of getting hold of your CEO to discuss this view with him.
