GOBII - Poor quality and bad service

Purchased a GOBII received it last week, used it the first time over the weekend, bookmarks does not work, Kalahari's solution: they will collect it and "Once the product has been received it will be assessed by our Returns Department, in the case of electronic products these may have to be sent to the local agent in order to be assessed. You will be advised of the outcome of the assessment, if the product is found to be faulty/damaged due to production or handling we will have the item repaired or alternatively replaced at our discretion."

Really a new product should have an out the box replacement??? Nice will go the Kindle route afterall
