2nd Gobii purchased that's faulty

I purchased a Gobii on the 30th of August. It would not scroll to the bookmarked page or last page read. Kalahari told me it was a fault with the batch - then why allow them to be sold!!! It was collected on the 5th of September. I have not yet had any response or correspondence from them regarding this. I was told I had to wait 14 working days for a credit on my account. This meant I would have had to have paid R100 extra as the price went up. I ordered a second one in the mean time in order to avoid the wait. I received the 2nd Gobii on the 12th of September and today it was fully charged, I was busy scrolling through my list of books and it switched off. It has not come on since then. I have to send the 2nd faulty Gobii back and wait 20 working days to receive my refund, nevermind the interest I am incurring because I paid via credit card. I think this is ridiculous and they just don't give a! I want my refund, they can keep their product!
